Can you imagine a bunch of 23 year old graduates getting funded by Sequoia Capital? A startup based in a remote rural town, trying to solve the nation's healthcare problem, going on to win every major business challenge in the world and then getting acquired by one of the largest healthcare companies in India. What's common to both of these? They started their journey with Conquest. Conquest 2011, one of the most startup friendly competitions, saw all the 10 finalists successfully start their ventures. Here are some of the incentives to apply - 1. Top 35 startups get a chance to interact with mentors face to face at a city of their choice. 2. And then 10 or more startups can secure incubation at a place of their choice along with angel investment opportunities of up to USD 800,000. 3. Even if you are at an idea stage, you are provided intensive training and can secure seed fund up to USD 20,000. 4. Resources like free website, legal support, cloud technology support and more. |
