• Qualifications : Graduate with 2 years fulltime PG Degree/ PG Diploma in HR/ Personnel Management/ Industrial Relations.
• Experience : Minimum 18 years post qualification experience in senior level position in HR Department in Private sector, Strategizing and implementing HR systems/procedures. Knowledge of Labour Laws is required.

• Age Limit : 52 years.
• Pay Scale : Rs.43200-66000/-PM.

2-Post Name : General Manager (Finance)

• Qualifications : Member of ICAI/ICWA.
• Experience : Minimum 18 years post qualification experience in senior level in handling Finance and Accounts independently from Private Sector with exposure to contracts, commercial tenders, foreign exchange transactions, International Finance, Corporate Financial Planning, Corporate Taxation, Financial Accounting, Budgeting, monitoring of operational expenses, cash management and Corporate Laws is required.

• Age Limit : 52 years.
• Pay Scale: Rs.43200-66000/- .
