Vijayawada
and currently pursuing bachelor of engineering degree from xxx Engineering College Hyderabad. My strength is my hard working nature and my aim is to become xxx Engineer in Tata Consultancy Services.

Explication: Dear friends, while answering for Tell me about yourself question make sure that you are just telling about yourself not including your parents details, no short forms (abbreviations) like as you can see I have mentioned full name of my School, College & the State I belong to.Mention your strength and then your aim as the current job profile the company is offering, make sure that that is written inyour CV also as your career objective. If HR ask cross question that what is your final aim then say: to grow in TataConsultancy Services Sir/Ma'am. That's all.

Your valuable suggestions, comments, cross questions & queries are welcome.

What is your salary Expectations ?- HR Interview Questions & Answers

Question:  What is yoursalary expectations ? Asked to a fresher candidate and answer by Shreeem Classes & Consultants HR PI Expert Mr. Rakesh Yadav Sir (Popularly known as Campus Guru in Central India).

Answer: As per the company policy. OR As per (Company Name) policy. OR As per the company norms.

HR: My company policy is just 2000 Rs. per month. Will you still work with us ?

Answer: Show the HR that you are little serious before answering this question and after few seconds of serious mood showing say this: Well sir being a fresher I just want to learn and explore my core skills and strength so I would again say that I am very much OK with whatever is the company offering me as far as salary is concerned.

HR: But don't you think you won't be able to sustain with this much low salary ?

Answer: Sir/Ma'am, I have already done a research on your respected company before coming for this interview and I am very much sure a company like yours would never let me feel troubled on financial matters. I am again saying being a fresher I am just willing to follow the guidelines and directions given by my seniors and come up to their expectations and meet both company and my future growth goals.

HR: If your senior says you to do data theft and escape with him andmake money by selling that data. Would you still follow your senior's direction ?

Answer: Sir/Ma'am , If you have noticed in my previous answer I have said Seniors not senior which means that if one of the senior is going against the company policy then I have the other options also whose directions and suggestions are still available to me.

HR: Alright !! but still you must have seen or gone through some web site for freshers placement or attended any training for theseanswers , I want to hear your own answer.

Answer: You are absolutely right sir/ma'am , Our college has conducted a training program for campus preparations and experts have taken our mock interviews and suggested us some do's and don'ts. I have worked on those suggestions and prepared myself for this interview keeping in mind that every company would respect a candidate with properhomework before coming for the campus interview.Even if you allow me I can share many exciting facts about your esteemed company that I have collected during that preparation.

HR: What are those exciting facts about our company ?

This is what a smart candidate is expected, you have just diverted the HR to a different question which is of his or her great interest (Who will not like good points about the things that they do ??)

Dear friends if still have more cross question on What is Your Salary Expectations ? question then feel free to ask them by commenting below this post.

Whatever Happens, It Happens for Good

This story is about a king who was fond of hunting and was always accompanied with a minister who was very close to him. This minister had a habit of saying to everyone, "Whatever happens, it happens for good" and this annoyed other ministers in the court.

During one of the hunting excursions, the king's toe finger was chopped off and as per his habit the minister couldn't stop himself from saying, "Whatever happens, it happens for good". Since the king was the victim this time, he got very annoyed with the minister and put him in jail.

In an another hunting trip, the king was captured by Cannibals and was about to be killed, when they noticed one of his toe finger missing. As per their tradition, they were not allowed to kill a person whose any body part was missing. So, they set him free.

The king recalled the words of his minister and realised how true were his words. He went to the minister in jail and apologised for his mistake. However, the minister said that it was good that he was jailed. Otherwise, he would have accompanied the king for the hunting trip & eaten by cannibals.

Many times we are taken aback by the short term impact of an event and don't realise that each of these events has a design for shaping our long term future. It is nature's way of controlling our lives.

The Management Story

This is a bit sarcastic & nasty one...

A big corporation hired several cannibals. "You are all part of our team now," said the HR manager during the welcome briefing. "You get all the usual benefits and you can go to the cafeteria for something to eat, but please don't eat any of the other employees." The cannibals promised they would not.

A few weeks later the cannibals' boss remarked, "You're all working very hard, and I'm satisfied with you. However, one of our shipping clerk has disappeared. This has affected our sales badly, since no material could move out. Do any of you know what happened to her?" The cannibals all shook their heads, "No," they said.

After the boss left, the leader of the cannibals said to the others angrily, "Right, which one of you idiots ate the shipping clerk?"

A hand rose hesitantly in admission. "You fool!" said the leader, "For weeks we've been eating managers and no one noticed anything, but you had to go and eat someone so important for the business!..."

Moral: Your importance is governed by contribution you make & not by your level.

Learning to live without recognition

short inspirational, motivational story
There was a farmer who had a horse and a goat…..One day, the horse became ill and he called the veterinarian, who said: - Well, your horse has a virus. He must take this medicine for three days. I’ll come back on the 3rd day and if he’s not better, we’re going to have to put him down.
Nearby, the goat listened closely to their conversation. The next day, they gave him the medicine and left. The goat approached the horse and said: - Be strong, my friend.
Get up or else they’re going to put you to sleep!

On the second day, they gave him the medicine and left. The goat came back and said:
- Come on buddy, get up or else you’re going to die! Come on, I’ll help you get up.
Let’s go! One, two, three…

On the third day, they came to give him the medicine and the vet said:
- Unfortunately, we’re going to have to put him down tomorrow. Otherwise, the virus might spread and infect the other horses. After they left, the goat approached the horse and said:
- Listen pal, it’s now or never! Get up, come on! Have courage! Come on! Get up! Get up!
That’s it, slowly! Great! Come on, one, two, three… Good, good. Now faster, come on…… Fantastic! Run, run more! Yes! Yay! Yes! You did it, you’re a champion!!!

All of a sudden, the owner came back, saw the horse running in the field and began shouting:
- It’s a miracle! My horse is cured. We must have a grand** **party. Let’s kill the goat!!!!*
***
The Lesson:* this often happens in the workplace & life in general . Nobody truly knows which employee or people actually deserves the merit of success & are in fact contributing towards success , or who’s actually contributing the necessary support to make things happen. Be grateful.
Remember………
*LEARNING TO LIVE WITHOUT RECOGNITION IS A SKILL!!!!*
If anyone ever tells you that your work is unprofessional, remember:
Amateurs built the Ark [which saved all the species]
and
professionals built the Titanic [all died tragically]
